MK Marine Solutions specializes on dry dock and new build logistic solutions with a focus on the Cruise Ship sector. With a combined total of 62 dry docks and new builds attended by MK Marine globally we have the expertise to manage your logistics projects.

We can work on any size project that includes the ramp up preparations prior to the project, negotiate with the shipyard on the equipment and requirements for the Yard preparation. Once onsite the MK Marine team will work with nominated freight forwarders, shipyard and the ship personnel to ensure turnkey solutions are provided by our team.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN AND CELEBRITY CRUISES - NEW BUILDS

MK Marine has been contracted since 2021 to Royal Caribbean Group to manage the I.T Warehouse in Saint Nazaire, France to provide logistic and stock control solutions for the following New Build Projects;

WINDSTAR - STRETCH PROJECTS

Working in Palermo Shipyard, MK Marine were onsite for 2020 assisting Windstar to manage the dry dock logistics for the 3 x Stretch Projects. Tasks managed were the incoming warehouse movements, forklifts and crane loading of equipment and the sourcing of urgent local materials in southern Italy.

TUI CRUISES - MEIN SCHIFF 4

Assisting the TUI Cruises team for their 12 day dry dock of the Mein Schiff 4 in Marseilles Shipyard, MK Marine was contracted to manage all the dockside and the loadings and offloads. In addition, we managed the garbage and waste management offloads.

ROYAL CARIBBEAN - SCRUBBER INSTALL

MK Marine was contracted to manage a complex 41 day project for the Scrubber installation onboard the Voyager of the Seas in Tuas Shipyard in Singapore. MK Marine assisted to prepare the specific loading plans and managed the dockside forklifts and crane movements to load the scrubber equipment to ensure the 24 hr timelines were strictly adhered to.
